Mrs. Judi Boehme

I am looking forward to starting my 28th year of teaching, and my 26th year of teaching in the Judson I.S.D. In 1995 I started my career in Floresville ISD, where I taught 5th grade Science one year, and ELAR my second year. I then acquired a 3rd grade teaching position in the JISD for two years at Candlewood Elementary, and then transferred to Hopkins Elementary where I taught 5th grade Math for 9 years. I rapidly became quite passionate about teaching mathematics. In 2008, I transferred to Kitty Hawk, and have LOVED teaching 8th grade Math for 14 years, and am very excited to be teaching Algebra I this year, too! This is my 8th year as the Math Department Chair.

I was born and raised in San Antonio, and am a VERY PROUD 1986 graduate of Tom Clark High School in the NISD. I then had to work and put myself through college, and in 1993 I received a Bachelor’s in Humanities from the University of Texas at San Antonio. In 2006, I received a Master of Science Degree with a Specialization in Teaching Middle School Mathematics from Walden University.

I have a son who graduated from Brandeis High School in 2019 from the NISD, and is graduating this December from Texas State in San Marcos with a Finance Degree, and is applying to Law School.
