Mr. Mauricio De La Torre
Hello, my name is Mauricio De La Torre.
I was born in Orange County, California and I love the beach. I enlisted in the Marine Corps Infantry in 95 and finished my degree in 98 at Saint Philips College. I built pressure vessels for the military for 17 years. After that, I started my career as a teacher at Kirby Middle School. I love teaching students how to work with their hands and manufacture a product. We compete in competitions annually in SKILLS USA where students build projects out of metal.
