Welcome, I’m super excited to meet all of you and to another wonderful year at JSTEM. 😊

                I have been very lucky to work at a school with wonderful students and staff. I have been working at JSTEM for 7 wonderful years making learning fun and interesting. I student taught and subbed for the Judson district and tutored for North East ISD and SAISD. I’ve worked with a variety of students for many years; what, can I say I love teaching.

                 I graduated from Highland High School in the top 10%, received my associate degree of arts in teaching from San Antonio College, and received my bachelor degree: generalist 4-8 from Texas A and M University-San Antonio. My certifications include a generalist for grades 4-8 and English as a Second Language Supplemental grades 4-8. I’m also highly advanced in history and science from Texas A and M University-San Antonio. I'm also a SMART Lab Instructional facilitator.  

                I am one of the robotics coaches for JSTEM. I  became a robotics coach last year 22-23 and I absolutely loved it. The students get to learn how to code the robot to complete different tasks. We also get to work as a team to learn about each other, teamwork, and create an overall project to answer the guided question for that year's competition. My team is called Rodeo Robots and our team number is 19117. Go Rodeo Robots!!!
