I am truly privileged to be starting my 23rd year as an educator.  For the past 12 years, I have been teaching 6^th grade Social Studies – World Cultures at Judson Middle School.  I also taught 4^th grade at Converse Elementary for 6 years prior, and began my teaching career in the Edgewood School District in west San Antonio.

I am a native of the Rio Grande Valley and attended the University of Texas – Pan American.  I look forward to meeting each of my students and parents this year and am excited about starting a new school year.
