I was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas.  After graduating with a Bachelor's from Ouachita Baptist University, I worked as a teacher for two years in southeast Arkansas.  I moved to San Antonio to start my graduate studies and graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with my Masters in Education.

I began working for Judson ISD at Kirby Middle School, spent six years there before moving to Hartman Elementary where I worked for five years and then one year at Woodlake Elementary and Converse Elementary.  I came to Judson High School in 2013 to begin working for the community of students within those walls.  This will be my 10th year and I am looking forward to a fantastic year!
