Hello! My name is Mrs. O'Connor. I'm going to be your child's 5th grade science and social studies teacher this year. I am looking forward to an amazing year filled with lots of learning and fun!

I received my Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Southwest Texas State University. GO BOBCATS! This will be my twenty-third year in education and my eighteenth year at Hopkins. I taught 2nd grade for nine years, 3rd grade for nine years, and this is my fifth year teaching 5th grade. 

I am so excited to have your child in my class this year. My classroom is very structured with high expectations. I look forward to working with you to ensure your child has a successful year.
