I am a third grade Dual Language teacher who is entering her 16th year teaching.  I have taught all grade levels from Prek to 4th grade (bilingual and monolingual).  My passion is teaching which is why I have a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction.  One of my best moments in this career field is when a student makes a connection of what I have taught him/her to something non-relative; especially when time has passed because it tells me that knowledge has truly resonated with him/her.

Soy una maestra del programa Dual de tercer grado que está entrando en su 16 año de enseñanza. He enseñado todos los grados desde Prek hasta 4 grado (bilingüe y monolingüe).  Mi pasión es la enseñanza, por eso tengo una Maestría en Currículo e Instrucción.  Uno de mis mejores momentos en esta carrera profesional es cuando un estudiante establece una conexión entre lo que le he enseñado y algo que no es relativo; especialmente cuando ha pasado el tiempo porque eso me dice que  el conocimiento realmente resonó en el/ella.
