Welcome to a new school year! I am excited about working with your children this year to help them reach the third grade at the end of the year. The fourth graders will be learning science, social studies, math, reading, writing, and handwriting. This year the spelling will be integrated in the reading and writing.

I look forward in getting to know each of my students. I have taught a total of 35 years in second, third, fourth, and fifth grades. I love them all. I received my Bachelor of Education in Elementary at Southwest Texas State University and my Master of Education in Integrated Science at Our Lady of the Lake University.

Parents, please know that I want to see your child succeed in everything we do this year. There may be struggles along the way, but that’s what makes a person strong in the end. I will do my best to help your child do his/her best. When you and I work together your child will be successful!
