I attended the University of Texas at San Antonio and graduated in December 2003.  My certifications include: Bilingual Generalist – Spanish Grades (EC-4) and Special Education Grades (EC-12).

This is my fourteenth year teaching at Crestview Elementary. My first seven years, I taught in the Learning Lab, where I was the case manager for students in Kinder, First, Second, periodically Third and all Bilingual students K-5 special education students.  I also taught second grade one year, first grade bilingual for one year, and am now back in the Learning Lab teaching special education students.  The benefit of helping students, working with loving families, being a part of a giving community and caring co-workers I call friends, is priceless.
