My name is Santiago C. Neira and I am a 5th grade Bilingual teacher here at Crestview Elementary. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of Texas at San Antonio and this is my 10th year teaching. I have taught 4th, 5th, and 6th graders throughout my teaching career. I love teaching, cooking, fishing, and spending time with my family. I am looking forward to another wonderful and successful year here at Crestview!
