For as long as I can remember, I have always possessed a desire to be an educator. I never really wanted to do anything else. My dolls and barbies were my students, the content I was learning in school was my curriculum. This desire intensified as I grew up. In high school, I got my first experiences in teaching by being in a program that allowed me to go to an elementary school and shadow a teacher. In college I got more hands-on experiences in my courses. I've been teaching ever since and loving every day of it.
