I graduated from American Public University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies. I also have a Master's degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology (2022). 2022-2023 is my fourth year at VMHS, but I have been in education for eight years now. This year I am teaching English 2, English 4, and ELA College Prep. Previously, I have taught at the high school level in Reading 1, 2, and 3, English 1 Pre-AP, English 2, English 3 AP, English 4, ELA College Prep, and Literary Magazine. Outside of the high school level, I have taught in the daycare setting as an EC through a two-year-old teacher, and as a Behavior Analyst for children with Autism as well as other disabilities. I am greatly looking forward to this year and to helping each of my students achieve their maximum potential!
