Hello Kitty Hawk families! I'm Ms. Sarah Smith, a 7th grade science teacher here at Kitty Hawk. I was born and raised in San Antonio and went to college at Texas State, majoring in interdisciplinary studies. My love for science started in high school, where I studied biology, physics, and aquatic sciences.

I've been teaching for 9 years, starting at Northside ISD, teaching 6th and 7th grade science. Then I moved to Pearsall ISD and taught 5th grade science. A couple of years ago, I moved back to San Antonio and got lucky to land a job close to home at Kitty Hawk in Judson ISD teaching my favorite subject in my favorite grade level!
