I have lived in Central Texas most of my life.  I grew up in Buda and graduated from Jack C. Hays High School.  I received my bachelor's degree from Texas State University.  After graduating, I became certified to teach special education and science.  My teaching career began in Lockhart, Texas, where I spent 13 years as a Special Education teacher.  This is my second year teaching at Kitty Hawk MS .  This year I will be co-teaching 6th and 7th grade science.
