Welcome to the Veterans Memorial High School Cosmetology program! I am extremely excited to return my Veteran's Memorial family! I am looking forward to seeing all my returning students, and meeting all of our new Cosmetology additions as we start on another amazing school year!

 I graduated from Sam Houston high school with my Cosmetology license, and began to work in the industry immediately following graduation. After gaining more experience in the industry I returned to Sam Houston High School to begin and complete my Instructors Cosmetology license which I received in 2009. In 2009 I became the state board instructor for Paul Mitchell the School while continuing to work in the salon as a Cosmetologist. While instructing and working as an independent contractor in the salon I was afforded the opportunity to open my first salon in 2011. My Salon allowed me a space to continue to educate my clientele, my stylists, and other salons upon request. I have 22 years experience in the industry I love being back in the classroom teaching Cosmetology! Being allowed the opportunity to share my knowledge, skills, and experience, with our students and assisting them in becoming the best future professionals possible is my entire purpose for being a teacher at Veterans Memorial High School.
