Mr. Victor Santos

Welcome.

A little about what I do:

I am the Forensic Science teacher for Veterans Memorial High School Law Enforcement Cluster of CTE. Previously, I was the Credit Recovery (RC) teacher for Ayres Halfway House (TJJD) within the Judson ISD and the Health Services Science Elective instructor at Judson HS.

My passion is to provide students hands on opportunities in Forensic Science for continued education or employment.

 A little about me:

This will be my 9th year of teaching and my 7th year with Judson ISD.

I was raised in San Antonio attending Bradley Middle School and Douglas MacArthur High School.  I attended Texas A&M University earning a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education and commissioned into the Army via ROTC.

I am retired from the US Army National Guard with the rank of Major with 23 years of service in Field Artillery.  During that time I had experience in both overseas and local deployments in Logistics and Training where I found myself enjoying the classroom environment.

After military servic I entered into teaching and hold:

Generalist 6-8

Science 6-8

Science (Composite) 9-12

Health EC-12

I have a variety of hobbies, which include homebrewing, cooking, travel, hunting, fishing, and especially my current passion of Brazillian Jiu Jitsu (the gentle art of folding clothes withe people still in them)

I have been married for 12 years with 2 children, 3 dogs, and 1 snake.
