Hi my name is Eric W. Otto.  I am a retired Police Officer and retired from our United States Military after 24years of service.  I started my career in the United States Air Force and was fortunate enough to travel the globe.  I was a teacher for 12 years at the high school level until I was contacted and asked to start a Pilot Law program here at Kitty Hawk MS.  This year I will be starting another pilot program called LOTC (Leadership Officers Training Course).
