Hello and welcome to Biology with Ms. Phelps-Williams! I have been a teacher here at Judson for 3 years. I graduated from University of the Incarnate Word with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology.

While still in college, I felt a strong obligation to take control of my degree plan and career goals, so I am now taking my passion for animals and nature, and putting that into my classroom. If you love animals, then we will get along great! If you don’t, then we will still get along well. Just know that I love animals. My favorite animal is my dog Ginger. 

As a developing teacher working with Judson, I have overcome many challenges. My ability to be a successful teacher has been tested many times. This year, I am here to learn more and grow up to be an even better teacher! I really got to get into the groove of teaching once my students came back into the classroom. I will build many more relationships with students while enjoying what I do. I will also create a fun, activity-based classroom where students are active for a majority of the time.  

Nature is something that we are all connected with. If we don’t study the natural world, we will never appreciate it.

Tutoring Days and Time:

Tuesday 4:45-5:15

Thursday 4:45-5:15

*Tutoring buses will be available for students at 5:30pm. Students will be transported to the elementary school closest to their address.
