     Welcome to the Metzger Middle School Library!

     

    The library is open from 7:45am to 4:00pm each school day.

     

    The Metzger Library is a place for students to learn, read, and work collaboratively. Students must be respectful of our library space at all times. The library expectations are:

    • Walk calmly
    • Talk in a small/whisper voice
    • Use books and resources appropriately
    • Water only (no food please)
    • Pick up trash & push in chairs
    • Be curteous to other faculty or students using the space

    Mission Statement:

    The mission of the Metzger Middle School library program is to support the school’s instructional programs, encourage students to choose books that promote a lifelong love of reading and to prepare students to be lifelong learners by developing a collection and services which meet the diverse needs of our community.
