Hey y'all! I am so glad to be a part of the Copperfield team.  I've taught in Texas, Georgia, and South Carolina thanks to being a military spouse! I've been blessed to teach kindergarten, first grade, third grade, and fourth grade. One of my favorite things about teaching is when I see students applying skills or information that they've learned to real life scenarios.  This is when I know students have truly mastered a skill!

I am married to my high school sweetheart who is an officer in the US Army.  I am a mother to a sweet boy who has immensely impacted my approaches to teaching and nurturing my students.  I also have a sweet weimeraner named Murray.  

I enjoy spending time with my family, reading books (especially Harry Potter), baking, and being outdoors.  My favorite place to visit is anywhere with a pool, beach, or lake!
