My name is Giselle Izaguirre, and I am the Orchestra Director here at Metzger Middle School! I am truly looking forward the brand new school year of 2023-2024, and cannot wait to get started making some beautiful orchestra music with our students.

I graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor's Degree in EC-12 Music Education with a concentration in Viola. This is my 3rd year teaching and am grateful to continue with Judson ISD. I am passionate about public school fine arts education because I believe the fine arts, music, is essential to the human experience and provides not only a healthy expressive outlet but  life-long skills for success. I'm firm on the belief in "Every Child Can" because it has been proven we are capable of incredible things, no matter the age or circumstance.
