I am a Certified Academic Language Therapist and a Licensed Dyslexia Therapist with six years of experience helping students with dyslexia.  I have a total of 18 years of teaching experience.  I have taught in Texas for 13 years and in Virgina for 5 years.  I obtained my Certified Academic Language Therapist training from the Scottish Rite Center of South Texas and my teacher training from the University of Texas at San Antonio. My goal is to help all my students acquire the skills, strategies, and resources they need to become confident, accomplished readers.
