Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! I am very excited to be teaching 5th grade Reading Language Arts and Social Studies again this year! I believe that reading is the basis of all our subjects. I struggled with reading when I was younger, so I am happy to be able to help students with reading. 

A little about me: I grew up outside of Houston and moved to San Antonio to attend Trinity University for my undergraduate and graduate degrees. My husband and I have 2 dogs, who love to run around outside, sunbathe, and relax around the house with us.
