Welcome to Physical Education at Wortham Oaks Elementary, home of the Wildcats! I’m excited to be your child’s Physical Education and Health teacher. I was born and raised here in San Antonio and I'm a proud Judson High school graduate. Go Rockets!

After high school, I graduated from San Antonio College where I earned an Associates of Art in Teaching. I continued my education at the University of Texas at San Antonio and graduated Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology.  

My teaching career started at Crestview Elementary, a nationally recognized Blue Ribbon School. At Crestview Elementary I taught second grade for four years. In 2014, I was the recipient of the Distinguished First Year Educator Award. This is my fifth year teaching Physical Education at Wortham Oaks Elementary.
