I am a 2009 graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health with secondary certification in School Health and Education. I also have certification as a 4-8 Generalist and K-12 Health teacher. 

I completed my student teaching experience in Judson ISD schools, and I have been teaching in Judson ISD for many years.  During my time working at JISD, I've been awarded New Teacher of the Year,  Teacher of the Year,  and the Spirit of Judson award.  

When I'm not in the classroom, I love to spend time with my family, traveling, camping, and hiking.
