I'm so happy to be sharing my love of Theatre with the students at Veterans Memorial Highschool! 2023-2024 will be my second year at VMHS and I look forward to another year of creating art and helping students realize their potential.

After graduating with my Bachelor of Arts, I began my professional career as a costumer and wardrobe head for theatre, theme parks, film and touring productions. I've constantly sought to broaden my own knowledge, and I hope to impart that onto my students. I have furthered my education in various areas, including (but not limited to), mask making, airbrush artistry, puppetry, home improvement, and graphic design.

I spent 4 years touring the country (and Canada) with children's theatrical shows, including: Paw Patrol Live, Sesame Street Live, and the first national tour of Nick Jr Live. I love taking on new challenges and inspiring others to achieve their goals- so becoming a teacher seems to have been inevitable. 

My goal is to not only motivate, educate, and inspire, but to give opportunities for students to grow and perhaps pursue the arts professionally should they desire. By the end of the school year, students should walk away with a broader understanding of the multifaceted world of theatre and the many elements that are incorporated into putting on a production.
