I am Sonya Abell Wilridge, a mother of three young men. I love animals, especially dogs. I have two dogs and two aquatic turtles. I love movies and eating different foods. Asian and Greek are my favorite.

     I love seeing children grow in their thinking and learning new ideas. I have been teaching for over 20 years in grades kinder through four. I have had the pleasure of tutoring students all the way through high school, helping them to be successful in testing. I love challenging students, showing them how smart they are and encouraging them to be the best that they can be. I believe learning should be fun and exciting.

     I graduated from Texas State with a BA in Social Work. I have earned a Master's in Education from Concordia University.
