Hello!

My name is Mr. Shafi and I am an English Teacher at Veterans Memorial High School, Judson Independent School District. 

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Philosophy from SUNY Oneonta, a Master of Science degree in Neuroscience and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Master of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from SUNY University at Buffalo.

I previously worked in the educational publishing industry, where I specialized in editing and production. In addition, I have a professional and academic background in the clinical sciences, with a particular interest in neuropsychology and neuroscience. 

I enjoy reading about history, genealogy, psychology, and poetry.
