This is my first year at Olympia Elementary working in Special Education for 2^nd and 3^rd grade. I’m really excited to be working with your child this year! I’ve been working in education for over ten years, mostly teaching Pre-K or working in Special Education. I also taught all subjects for 2^nd grade for one school year. I was born and raised in San Antonio. I went away for a while for college and came back. I hold a Bachelor’s in English and ESL Education and started my Master’s in Bicultural Bilingual Education but have to put it on pause for now. I have certifications in EC-6 General Education, EC-12 Special Education, TESOL and HighScope.

I’m a busy mom with three wonderful and active children. I enjoy doing science experiments and cooking with them on the weekend. We love visiting anything dinosaur related within a driving distance. I love being a “brain architect” and working with young children and I can’t wait to guide your child in building lifelong skills needed to be successful.
