Greetings Rocket Family!

I am honored to be your World History Teacher for the 2023 - 2024 school year. Let me tell you a little bit of myself.
   
I grew up in a small town 30 minutes east of Houston. I have always had a passion for watching sports (fan of all sports). My favorite sport to watch is baseball and my favorite team is your reigning World Series Champions, the Houston Astros.

In my free time,  I also enjoy traveling around the United States and have the opportunity to travel to Europe as well. I also like watching and playing sports, hanging out with friends, reading books and listening to music.

After high school, I went to college and graduated from Texas State University - San Marcos with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration. After college, I worked in the hospitality industry for eight years. I soon realized that hospitality was not my calling and that my true calling was in education.  This will be my first year in Judson ISD, after spending this past school year with Comal ISD.

As we begin this wonderful school year together, I want my students and their families to know that my number one goal is to help them grow intellectually and personally. I will always be there to support them in any way that I can.
