Hello!

Welcome to 4th Grade!

I am so excited to be teaching 4th grade at Elolf this year and that I get to spend it getting to know all of you.

Growing up I always wanted to be a teacher but found a different path after starting college leading me to a Bachelor of Science degree from UTSA (go Roadrunners!). That path finally led me a couple of different places, and finally to teaching and I am so excited that it's beginning at Elolf STEAM Academy! Being at a STEAM school offers awesome opportunities for hands-on, problem-solving learning across all subjects and I cannot wait to see what the students produce and learn this year.

In my classroom we act with kindness always and put emphasis on creating a respectful and safe community. There are high expectations for each of my students because I believe every student is capable of being successful and achieving their goals.

We are going to work together to make this the best year!
