Welcome to Kindergarten!

My name is Ms. Saldana and this is going to be my first year teaching at Escondido! I am so excited to be a part of the Lions Family! I am so blessed and honored to be teaching your child this year. Here is a little bit about myself: 

I was born in Seguin, TX but I have lived in San Antonio the majority of my life, where I attended elementary through high school at JISD! After graduating from Judson High School in 2019, I attended Texas State University and received my Bachelor's degree in Education. I have always wanted to become a teacher, especially growing up in a household of educators. I have always had a passion for learning and helping children grow in their learning. Prior to teaching, I spent a lot of time coaching youth cheer programs, as well as volunteering as a youth counselor at church summer camps. In my free time, I enjoy shopping, painting, and watching the latest Netflix documentaries. I also enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year and I look forward to having an amazing year filled with fun, memories, and learning!
