Hello Everyone! I'm Mrs. McKinney. I'm so excited about being your 2nd grade teacher!  Here's a little bit about me...

I'm originally from New Jersey, but I moved to Texas 8 years ago and currently live in Converse. I graduated from Texas A&M University- San Antonio. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I began my teaching career in 2020 as a Kindergarten Teacher. I absolutely love teaching because I get to watch as students grow and expand on their knowledge.  I look forward to creating memories with your child this coming school year! 

Fun Fact: I'm a huge Disney fan. If I could live at Walt Disney World I would!
