It's Playoff Time! Judson vs. Warren

The first game of the playoffs is at Rutledge, but don't get too comfortable. There's a reason Warren is in the playoffs and it's not because their uniforms have a great color scheme...they have some talent too.  But the Rockets are ready and chomping at the bit to get going.  Please note that the tickets prices may change with each game.  This time it's the student tickets...$4.00.  Let's fill the stadium and cheer them on to a great first victory.

The Season Tailgate: Judson-Canyon, Wagner-E. Central

It's the last regular season game for both Judson and Wagner.  Judson wants to recover from its loss last week when it meets New Braunfels Canyon, while Wagner will be at home taking on East Central.  Let's finish strong!!

Rockets vs. Rangers, T-Birds vs. Knights

The holidays are right around the corner believe it or not, but there are still big games yet to be played. For lovers of high school football, these are great times.  The weather has turned cooler and there is a sense of excitement in the stadiums.  Judson will be home this week to take on Smithson Valley at Rutledge Stadium in a game that will be another big challenge...one that can't be overlooked.  Meanwhile, Wagner is looking to turn things around against a Steele squad that has had a few setbacks, but is still a strong team looking to finish well.  So get ready as these teams tee the ball up and provide some great action.  Your support makes a difference...give our teams the edge with your cheering presence in the stands.

Fall Football Night: Judson-Clemens, Wagner-NB

Grab your jacket and bring some money for hot chocolate or coffee because a fresh cold front will be barreling in for this Friday night's matchups and you'll want to enjoy the games. Judson is coming off the Hammer bowl victory to take on a dangerous Clemens team at Lehnhoff Stadium that is 4-0 in district play and 7-0 overall.  Meanwhile, Wagner showed some real ability and spark hanging with Judson for the first half of the Hammer bowl.  They are looking to leverage some of that as they take on New Braunfels at Rutledge Stadium.  Enjoy a chilly, crisp fall evening supporting our teams as they try to finish strong.

Congratulations, JISD Football All-Stars

San Antonio is an incredible hotbed for high school football.  You'd be hard pressed to exceed the level of talent anywhere else in the state.  That's one of the reasons the U.S Army All-American Bowl is played each year at the Alamodome right here in San Antonio.  Both Judson and Wagner have players that will be on the field for the annual game that is played each year typically after New Year’s Day.  The game is set for January 6th at 5 pm and will be televised on KMYS-TV.   Congratulations to these JISD student athletes for this great honor.
