T-STEM Applications Being Accepted

Judson ISD is currently accepting applications from 8th grade students in Judson ISD to attend T-STEM Academy. The academy is specifically designed to provide students a rigorous course of study focused on STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math).
The students enrolled will be engaged in advanced coursework within a Pre-AP/AP and dual-enrollment concentration, as well as integrated project-based learning. Project Based Learning (PBL) allows students to go through a process of inquiry, research, problem-solving, and challenges based on a driving question while allowing students “voice and choice”.  SEE A POWERPOINT PRESENTATION HERE
T-STEM will partner with the University of Texas at Austin in order to provide dual-enrollment courses for students enrolled in the program. If your child is interested in taking part in this unique opportunity, you can obtain an application by CLICKING HERE
Applications can be returned to Deborah Rice via email, or in person at the Educational Resource Center located at 8205 Palisades Dr. Should you have any questions, please contact Ms. Rice at (210)945-5332.
