Judson ISD

Judson ISD Names New Superintendent

In a special meeting of the Judson ISD Board of Trustees, Dr. Jeanette Ball was named as the new Superintendent of Schools.  Dr. Ball comes from Uvalde Consolidated ISD where she has led that district since 2013.  Before that, she served in several capacities at Southwest ISD from 1998 to 2013 starting as a teacher and principal before moving to district administration.

The occasion of her announcement saw Dr. Ball's family present including her husband Joe, her parents, siblings and numerous nieces and nephews. She is a big believer in Fine Arts and the impact it makes on academic achievement as well as Dual Language and the doors it can open up for students.  Congratulations to Dr. Ball as she opens a new chapter in JISD's history.
