Parade of Pigs Auction To Help JEF

If you've walked into the Firstmark Credit Union on I-35 lately you may have noticed some rather dapper looking hams dressed to the hilt to catch your eye.  They are part of the "Parade of Pigs" auction during the month of August that will benefit the Judson Educational Foundation.
The 20 Piggy Banks are creations made by students in Wagner High School's ceramics class.  Parents and students are encouraged to bid on their favorite piggy bank, contribute any amount of money to any of the classy pigs or both.  Winning bidders will be notified in early September. That way the new Piggy Bank owners can pay for their new hog and pick it up.
The Piggy Banks are on display at the Firstmark Credit Union at 11530 IH-35 North San Antonio. FCU will present a check from the fundraiser to the Judson Educational Foundation at a Judson ISD Board Meeting later this fall.
