New Judson ISD District Leaders

Michelle Allen is excited and grateful to begin her 20th year in education as the Principal of Salinas Elementary. She joined the district in 2015 as the RTI Facilitator at Salinas, which made it possible for her to move from the Dallas area to be closer to family in San Antonio. She had the privilege to teach in PK Head Start, 3rd grade, 4th grade, be an RTI teacher for grades K-5, a Dyslexia Teacher, an ESL Instructional Facilitator, and an Assistant Principal during her career. It has been a full-circle experience coming back to Salinas as the AP two years ago and now as the new Principal. Once a Ranger always a Ranger!
Blas Arce has been in Education for 18 years.  He has had the fortunate pleasure of being in the district for 12 years. During his time in the district, he has been a math teacher at Kitty Hawk Middle School, Metzger Middle School, an Assistant Principal at Wagner High School for 6 years, and an Associate Principal at Veterans Memorial High School. It brings him great joy to have been named the Principal of Karen Wagner High School. He is looking forward to giving his all to the staff, students, and the community. This opportunity feels like a homecoming. Once a T-Bird, Always a T-Bird!
Priscilla Alfaro has 13 years of service in education, 10 of which have been in Judson ISD at Wagner High School. While at Wagner High School, she held a variety of roles including teacher, At-Risk Coordinator, Assistant Principal, Academic Dean, and Principal. She holds a Bachelor’s in Education from Harris Stowe State University in St. Louis and a Master’s in Educational Administration from Texas A&M-San Antonio. She is looking forward to supporting secondary campuses across the district by strengthening systems and working with principals and academic teams to provide equitable academic outcomes for students.
