Michelle Allen is excited and grateful to begin her 20th year in education as the Principal of Salinas Elementary. She joined the district in 2015 as the RTI Facilitator at Salinas, which made it possible for her to move from the Dallas area to be closer to family in San Antonio. She had the privilege to teach in PK Head Start, 3rd grade, 4th grade, be an RTI teacher for grades K-5, a Dyslexia Teacher, an ESL Instructional Facilitator, and an Assistant Principal during her career. It has been a full-circle experience coming back to Salinas as the AP two years ago and now as the new Principal. Once a Ranger always a Ranger!
