Judson ISD honored employees on March 30 during its annual Years of Service and Spirit of Judson Awards ceremony. The event brought together staff, families and district leaders to celebrate the staff members who bring heart, professionalism and commitment to their work every day
The ceremony honored employees who have reached 20 to 50 years of service with Judson ISD. Their commitment spans decades of teaching, supporting campuses, serving families and strengthening the district. School Board President Monica Ryan thanked them for the impact they’ve made, noting the significance of reaching such a milestone.
“The fact that you are sitting here tonight, being recognized for your years of service, means one thing: you endured. You stayed committed - to yourselves, to your students, and to the Judson ISD family,” she said.
In addition to celebrating longtime service, the district also honored its 2026 Spirit of Judson Award recipients. These individuals exemplify the heart of the district by consistently going above and beyond. They are the colleagues who offer a helping hand without being asked, bring encouragement in challenging moments, and uplift the entire Judson community with their positive outlook.
Congratulations to all of this year’s honorees. Your dedication, leadership, and spirit leave a lasting impact on Judson ISD.
