Franz Leadership Academy celebrates fifth grader Addison Caballiero as their Superintendent Shining Star! Addison exemplifies what it means to be a true Mustang leader, consistently demonstrating integrity, responsibility, and positivity in everything she does.
As a member of the Student Leadership Team, Addison goes above and beyond to represent her campus with pride. She gives tours to visitors and shares her data portfolio, showcasing her deep understanding of Franz’s Leader in Me framework.
Addison also serves on Safety Patrol, participates in Student Council, and is an active member of the Dance Team. She maintains high academic achievement, sets clear goals, and takes initiative in her learning. Her positive attitude creates a welcoming classroom environment, and she frequently volunteers to help peers, encourage others, and support school-wide initiatives.
