Hartman Elementary is proud to recognize fifth grader Theophilia Ihama as a Superintendent Shining Star. Theophilia is a true example of leadership, consistently showing integrity, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence. She is driven to exceed expectations and approaches her learning with confidence and determination each day.

Inside and outside of the classroom, Theophilia demonstrates strong leadership through positive collaboration with peers and teachers, thoughtful goal setting, and effective problem solving. She uses her leadership skills to encourage and motivate others while bringing creativity and curiosity into everything she does. As she prepares to transition to middle school, Theophilia continues to view every opportunity as a learning experience and has shown a growing interest in becoming more college and career ready.

Theophilia is also an engaged member of the Hartman community. She participates in the UIL Chess Club, where her strategic thinking and problem solving skills stand out, and she contributes creatively as a member of the Cooking Club. Through her responsible choices, strong work ethic, and positive attitude, Theophilia Ihama inspires her peers and represents the spirit of a Hartman Superintendent Shining Star.
