Emilee Castillo, a senior at Judson Learning Academy, is being honored as our newest Superintendent’s Shining Star, and we could not be more excited to celebrate her. Emilee has demonstrated tremendous growth throughout her time at JLA particularly in academics and leadership. Her warm personality and genuine care for others make her a beloved presence on campus.
Emilee is known for arriving each day with a bright smile that lifts the spirits of those around her. She checks on her friends and classmates regularly, offering encouragement and helping them stay accountable for their progress. Her positive attitude toward her schoolwork and her daily effort to improve make her an outstanding role model in the classroom.
Her helpful spirit extends to every corner of the school. Emilee is often the first to step forward when a teacher, peer, or visitor needs assistance, always ready to lend a hand. She actively participates in college visits and field trips, taking every opportunity to learn more about her future path.
