This past Tuesday, Judson Volleyball kicked off Breast Cancer Awareness Month with our annual Pink Out! π
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month β a time dedicated to increasing awareness, encouraging early detection, supporting those affected by breast cancer, and helping advance research toward better treatments and outcomes.
But for us, Pink Out is about more than wearing pink. π Itβs about remembering. Honoring. Supporting. Educating. And standing together.
Breast cancer is the most common cancer diagnosed among women in the United States, and approximately 1 in 8 women will develop invasive breast cancer during her lifetime. Early detection matters, and regular, age-appropriate screening can help find breast cancer before symptoms appear, when treatment may be more successful.
This month, we wear pink for the survivors who continue to inspire us. We wear pink for those currently fighting. We wear pink in memory of those weβve lost. And we wear pink for the families, friends, caregivers, and communities standing beside them. π
Judson Volleyball is proud to use our platform to spread awareness, encourage conversations, and show our support.
π WEAR PINK. SPEAK UP. GET INFORMED. SUPPORT THE FIGHT.
π ππ Judson Volleyball β playing with purpose, passion, and heart.
